The control and management of modifiable cardiovascular risk factors in daily practice is the highest priority in CHD prevention. With SURF, cardiologists all over the world can bridge the gap between guideline recommendations and standardized CHD risk factor management. A step ahead.

SURF offers cardiologists and other relevant health professionals an online clinical audit that improves the level of risk factor control. The information that is acquired from these practical audits will result in greater efforts to achieve a higher standard of care and new preventive measures.

In cardiovascular management of risk factors, the evidence delivered by clinical audits is required for both training and accreditation purposes. SURF fulfills these needs almost effortlessly.

SURF participants are strongly encouraged to participate in publications; internationally and locally. Relevant, anonymized comparative data will be provided to assist contributors in local publications.
