SURF is an international clinical audit that aims to simplify the recording and management of cardiovascular risk factors in routine cardiology clinics for patients with established coronary heart disease. A welcome initiative by University Medical Centre Utrecht and Trinity College Dublin in collaboration with the European Society of Cardiology.
SURF is located at the Julius Center for Health Sciences and Primary Care which is part of the University Medical Center Utrecht in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
